This chisel-tip penetration probe is ideal for measuring the internal temperature of liquids and semi-solids as part of a wide range of food and industrial applications.
Made from robust stainless steel, the probe tip measures Ø3 x 130 mm and is chisel-shaped to a 45° angle. The lead measures 1 metre in length and is available in straight type K connector.
