Needed a replacement probe to keep on top of our tests and checks, ordered online expecting delivery in a few days, was surprised to get a notification it was out for delivery the very next day! Great service, happy customer.
My new oven was not cooking as my old one did, clearly something was wrong with the temperature. Neff agreed, couldn't sort it and gave me a replacement. However things were clearly not right again. This digital thermometer is enabling me to see accurately what the oven is doing, or not doing on each setting. It has turned into a very interesting project! The thermometer is easy to use and the magnetic fixing is very secure. I bought the air temperature probe to use with it and it clips securely to my racks.
Solid piece of kit.
I always keep these on my counter they are so useful for wiping when just using the Thermapen. I could not do without them.
