Replacement probe
After my existing probe started generating an error code on the thermometer I emailed ETI and it was made clear the probe was faulty and a replacement was needed. I ordered this via the website and it was dispatched and delivered the next day. I have tried the probe in my thermometer and it is now was perfectly and how it should. Great service.

Best thermometer
This is the best fridge thermometer I have ever bought. It is accurate and doesn’t take up too much space. Would definitely recommend.
