This came very promptly as my current electrode was no longer reading correctly. It is fit for purpose and as a replacement part. Easy to connect up.

These are good thermometers and fairly robust for use in greenhouse. its only the screen readout that eventually fails. Usually after several years. I've just had one fail as soon as it arrived but it was immediately replaced.
Really pleased with the product. Robust and well designed. Detailed technical information is lacking. The software is very pleasant to look at but no documents describing an overview of the software or the networking system. I am sure the documentation will follow but the lack make the learning experience unpleasant. ThermaHub does not appear to give you any idea at what time the last instrument connection was or when the last data download happened. You also seem to have to manually flag a download request there is no way to instruct a download on every communication event. My impression of the company is very positive. The company is ready to help with issues.
I’ve had a good experience with this thermometer. The display is easy to read and it does a good job measuring tank temperature. Everything works as expected.
