The Thermapen ONE thermometer has a variety of screen features designed with busy chefs in mind.
The screen will automatically switch on/off when opening or closing the probe and when the instrument is picked up or set down. This maximises the battery life and saves time on fiddling with tricky buttons.
The cool white backlight will automatically turn on in low lighting, making reading temperatures clear in any setting. The display also automatically rotates 360°, making it easy to read from any angle and in either hand.
Maintaining a hygienic instant-read thermometer is essential for food businesses. The Thermapen ONE casing includes Polygiene BioMaster product protection to reduce bacterial growth. It is also fully waterproof to IP67, enabling it to be submerged in water for thorough cleaning.
Folding meat thermometers are ideal for protecting your probe from damage while making it easy to transport and keep on hand throughout the day. The Thermapen ONE features a reduced tip, stainless steel penetration probe that rotates 180° and folds into the side of the instrument for safe storage.
