Thermapen ONE features
The Thermapen instant-read thermometer's large display shows precise temperature measurements with a 0.1 °C resolution. It features a wide temperature range of -49.9 to 299.9 °C.
Both low battery (icon) and open circuit indications are displayed when applicable. Each Thermapen is powered by a single AAA battery and has a life expectancy of 2000 hours. The Thermapen One is fully configurable using buttons in the battery compartment. Here you can lock the display position, disable auto-sleep mode, switch between °C and °F readings, or choose between a 1° and 0.1° resolution.

The Thermapen ONE thermometer has a variety of screen features designed with busy chefs in mind.
The screen will automatically switch on/off when opening or closing the probe and when the instrument is picked up or set down. This maximises the battery life and saves time on fiddling with tricky buttons.
The cool white backlight will automatically turn on in low lighting, making reading temperatures clear in any setting. The display also automatically rotates 360°, making it easy to read from any angle and in either hand.
Maintaining a hygienic instant-read thermometer is essential for food businesses. The Thermapen ONE casing includes Polygiene BioMaster product protection to reduce bacterial growth. It is also fully waterproof to IP67, enabling it to be submerged in water for thorough cleaning.
Folding meat thermometers are ideal for protecting your probe from damage while making it easy to transport and keep on hand throughout the day. The Thermapen ONE features a reduced tip, stainless steel penetration probe that rotates 180° and folds into the side of the instrument for safe storage.
With 10 colours available, the Thermapen thermometers can become part of your HACCP and due diligence procedures. Colour coding allows you to use your probe thermometer for different food types or preparation areas. This reduces the risk of cross-contamination, which is key for managing foodborne illnesses and allergens.

A quality product

Whether your a professional chef or someone like myself that enjoys cooking at home, you shouldn't be without a good quality temperture probe for checking your food, be it a joint of meat, a piece of fish, or a whole chicken, making sure it's properly cooked all the way through having a quality product like the Thermapen One fits that bill perfectly for me, I wouldn't be without it especially after seeing just how much of a difference a cheaper probes reading can be off in regards to being at the correct temperture. Don't mess about when it comes to food safety "If you want the best, Buy once and Buy the best".

There are so many things that you can measure from the bath temperature to checking your soil is ready for planting! Of course you can use it for cooking but use your imagination ?

Very quick reading

I have an original thermopen and bought this one as a backup because I rely so much on my original. But the ONE version is sooo much better, quick reading means you are more sure of the final temperature almost as soon as you insert the probe. I also like that it wakes up when I pick it up after resting it without having to close and reopen the probe and the automatic light ... what more could you want except another Thermopen ONE?
