Now available as a Bluetooth model the DishTemp Blue dishwasher thermometer transmits temperature data to your iOS, Android or Bluetooth wireless device via a secure connection of up to 6 metres.
Specifically designed to save time, paper and eliminate human error when recording temperature cycles. The DishTemp Blue simulates a plate as it’s cleaned and sanitised in a commercial dishwasher, accurately recording the maximum surface temperature at the touch of a single button, eliminating the need for costly and inaccurate test strips and stem thermometers that do not stay in place or record the surface temperature of a plate.
Built to survive daily use in professional kitchens, the DishTemp Blue dishwasher thermometer indicates temperature over the range of 0 to 90 °C with a resolution of 0.1 °C/°F and an accuracy of ±0.5 °C.
Incorporating a durable water-tight seal, the DishTemp Blue is supplied complete with a FREE 1-point traceable certificate of calibration.
A SDK is available upon request.
HOW TO MONITOR DISHWASHER TEMPERATURES FOR HACCP
