Wireless oven monitoring helps users visualise how quickly their oven heats up and cools down and how this affects the product inside. Programmed alerts also help users to identify errors, like if the door has accidentally been left open. What Does Each Oven Kit Contain?
Each kit contains a two-channel WiFi data logger for remote monitoring. It’s paired with two probes for oven monitoring — the Q series Penetration Probe and the Smokehouse Cooking Probe.
The kit also comes with a free magnetic mount and protective silicone boot worth £23 to ensure your logger is stored safely and protected from water, dust and damage.

Q Series Oven Probes
This Wireless Oven Kit comes with two Q Series probes, which are ideal for monitoring the air temperature inside the oven as well as the internal temperature of your product.
Both probes have a temperature range of -50 to 250 °C and an accuracy of ±0.5 °C (between 0 and 100 °C). Their stainless steel braided PTFE leads are 1.2 metres long.

ThermaData Hub Beta

Replacing ThermaData Studio (below), it not only manages all ETI WiFi Loggers, but now allows users to configure HACCP checklists, and contains new ways to analyse temperature data. Checks can be completed via a new mobile App, which connects to all ETI Bluetooth Thermometers.
