Description

Wireless oven monitoring helps users visualise how quickly their oven heats up and cools down and how this affects the product inside. Programmed alerts also help users to identify errors, like if the door has accidentally been left open. This enables corrective actions to be taken quickly, minimising the risk of product spoilage, equipment damage, or regulatory non-compliance.

This WiFi logger kit would be ideal for commercial kitchens, bakeries, and food manufacturing facilities seeking remote oven temperature monitoring for enhanced food safety and quality control.

What Does Each Oven Kit Contain?

Each kit contains a two-channel WiFi data logger for remote monitoring. It’s paired with two probes for oven monitoring — the Q series Penetration Probe and the Smokehouse Cooking Probe.

The kit also comes with a free magnetic mount and protective silicone boot worth £23 to ensure your logger is stored safely and protected from water, dust and damage.

Why Switch to Wireless Temperature Monitoring?

Streamline your processes and save time and costs on manual labour with automated temperature monitoring. Use our free software to program your data logger with your timed intervals, put it in place, and it will record the temperature and send it to your PC.

Each logger transmits the recorded data to a WiFi router connected to the internet, which can be viewed and managed from a PC, laptop or tablet anywhere in the world.

Switch on push notifications and email alerts to get a notification as soon as temperatures fall outside of your set parameters. Take corrective actions more quickly and avoid costly spoilage.

Avoid human errors when you digitalise your HACCP plan. Every reading is measured and recorded accurately and on time, with a time and date stamp to prove it. Historical data is organised, accessible and ready to pull up in seconds.

ThermaData Hub Beta

Our new software platform, is now available for early access testing. Replacing ThermaData Studio (below), it not only manages all ETI WiFi Loggers, but now allows users to configure HACCP checklists, and contains new ways to analyse temperature data. Checks can be completed via a new mobile App, which connects to all ETI Bluetooth Thermometers.
