These stainless steel penetration probes are ideal for continuous monitoring during cooking processes in ovens and similar applications
Supplied with a 1.2 metre stainless steel braided fibreglass lead. Three probe lengths are available.
Ideal for use with the ThermaQ2 thermometer.
