This oven probe incorporates a crocodile clip that can easily be attached to an oven rack or similar. It is ideal for monitoring oven and grill temperatures. Dimensions Ø4mm x 20mm complete with a two metre stainless steel braided lead. Response time two seconds. Probe temperature range -50 to 350 °C.

I was looking for a thermocouple for my Big Green Egg to be used with an automatic temperature controller for charcoal BBQs called HeaterMeter (https://github.com/CapnBry/HeaterMeter/wiki). This crocodile clip probe is exactly what I was looking for. Great price, great product! It has a mini K connector so it's compatible with HeaterMeter out of the box.
