This unit will not record the final rinse temperature in a standard commercial dishwasher with a ten second final rinse it simply cannot sense and adjust quick enough to record within ten seconds. Works perfectly well in domestic and commercial thermal disinfecting dishwashers due to the longer rinse cycle.
As a dishwasher manufacturer we are often asked the best wasy to validate operating temperatures, especially the maximum achieved on the washed surface during the process. Whilst thermal labels give an indication at a fixed point, I am impressed with the accuracy and simplicity of use of the Dishwasher Temperature Thermometer and providing the operator knows what temperatures they should expect to see, this item provides a quick and convenient way to check them
No issues with product , thought it might record final rinse temperature as only seems to pick up wash temperature
