How long does ETI calibration take?
Turnaround times depend on the service you choose. Most calibrations are completed within 5–14 working days.

How do I submit a calibration request?
- Choose your calibration points. If you’re not sure what you need or your request isn’t on our price list, please contact us for a quote.
- If you know what calibration you’d like, or if you’ve received a quote, please fill out our returns form to send your instruments to us for calibration. Add your quote details or requirements to the form.
- Send your instruments to us, and we will aim to return them to you within 10-14 days.
What information do you need for a quote or request?
- Instrument type — thermometer, hygrometer, infrared thermometer, data logger, moisture meter, manometer or anemometer.
- Probe type — fixed internal/external sensor, plug-in probe, or instrument only.
- Temperature points — which temperatures you’d like your thermometer calibrated at (if you know what you would like, or you can ask for help deciding).
Do I need to send separate instruments and probes for calibration together?
Yes, in most cases, we recommend sending both your instrument and probe together for calibration. This ensures they are tested as a complete system. If only one part is calibrated, the overall reading may still be inaccurate, as both components can influence the final measurement.
