This stainless steel thermocouple probe is ideal for measuring temperatures as part of HACCP and other health and safety plans. Applications include food processing, HVAC, water supplies for legionnaires’ prevention, and anywhere where measuring the internal temperature of a liquid or solid substance is required.

Fast and accurate temperatures
With a fast response time of under 2 seconds, temperature checks can be carried out quickly with the type T or type K thermocouple temperature probe.
The type K Thermocouple Probe has an accuracy of ±0.5 °C (between temperatures of 0 °C to 100 °C); the type T has an accuracy of ±0.2 °C (between -20 °C and 70 °C).
Both temperature sensors are available with either straight or coiled leads to suit your preference.

Compatible with a wide range of digital thermometers
This digital thermometer replacement probe is compatible with all ETI probes with a thermocouple socket, such as the Saf-T-Log and Therma K thermometers for food applications and the Therma 1, 3 and Elite industrial thermometers.
Choose from type T and type K thermocouple probe types depending on your thermometer socket.
