How many readings does the NODE store?

The NODE range has internal memory to store up to 70,000 temperature readings.

How often can temperature be checked with NODE?

The default temperature check will be set to a maximum of 1 temperature measurement reading every 5 minutes with the Free Cloud tier. This is customisable up to recording a reading every 1 minute with paid Cloud subscriptions for businesses.

How often will my NODE readings be sent to the Cloud?

The default transmission rate to send your ambient temperature data from your NODE Wi-FI logger to the Cloud is every 30 minutes on the free tier. You can increase reading transmission rates up to 1 minute with the paid Cloud Pro tier. If you require a custom solution with faster transmission rates, please speak to our sales team.

What happens if my internet goes down?

The NODE unit will continue logging and store the readings in its memory until it is next connected to WiFi ensuring continued monitoring.

How often can I record humidity readings?

Humidity reading happens alongside temperature reading - Every 30min on Free Cloud tier, to a maximum of 1min on professional and higher tiers.

However as with temperature sensor NODE will CHECK if there is a reading outside of set high and low alerts and update the screen - This can be set to as low as 1 minute (checked on basic ETI Cloud account)

How do NODE App Alerts Work?

Basic ETI Cloud subscription allows you to setup your trigger settings for high or low temperature limits. If the temperature on your NODE Wi-Fi logger hits any of the thresholds a transmission will be forced through to ETI Cloud, triggering an alert to be sent to your ETI App.

 Additional SMS and E-mail notifications can be set with subscription.
