I have MCAS as a component of long Covid ..... and so have to cook my meat from frozen in an Instant Pot to limit histamine from bacteria. This thermometer is brilliant as I can now easily check my meat has reached a safe temperature and is not overcooked .... I hope to use it more in cooking once my health recovers ...

This thermometer is exactly what I required at a very sensible price. When I was making bread I sometimes used water that was too hot and killed the yeast so I needed a kitchen thermometer and this one fitted the bill perfectly. The online interface made ordering straightforward and quick and delivery was also quick. All in all a good product delivered by a good company. Highly recommended.
I am quite happy with this purchase. Having little to no experience with thermometers, I'm not in a position to compare it to others or say it is perfect or the best or anything like that, but it absolutely works as well as I could possibly need for my own purposes.
I enjoy baking and I bought this to measure the internal temperature of bread to see if it could help ensure consistent results from loaf to loaf. It absolutely does. The thermometer is accurate. When inserting it, it gives a reliable and accurate reading within about two to three seconds. When first turning it on, it instantaneously gives an accurate reading of the room temperature. I like it. I am happy with it. It didn't cost much and it suits my needs perfectly.
