What Does Each Kit Contain?

This fridge temperature data logger kit is ideal for businesses that want to view and digitally record fridge and freezer temperatures for HACCP and food safety. The logger automatically records up to 120,000 readings at your chosen intervals. Connect the logger to your PC via USB-C to download, view and export your recordings using our free ThermaData Hub software.

Kit Contents

Each kit contains a two-channel USB data logger. It’s paired with two type K thermocouple probes — they are designed to match the response rate of refrigerated food for more accurate readings.

Food Simulant Temperature Probe - Type K

Accurate Fridge Temperature Probes

Food simulant probes are designed to match the response rate of food in fridges and freezers. This ensures your data only shows if your food temperature has changed, not the air temperature.

These type K probes have a range of -20 to 100 °C and are accurate to ±0.5 °C (between 0 and 100 °C).
