Fast Response Meat Probe

Having working in the food industry in the past I wanted a quality probe for use at home, most available were slow reacting and quite thick. I wanted specifically a probe like this which is sharp, very fine (so not to leave penetration marks) and reacts fast. This ticks all thoses boxes, is of a very high quality and good value too. I would buy this again, so comes very highly recommended.

The best there is

Fast is the word put the tip in boiling water and bang 100c.
The only down side for me is the handle its not going to be easy to keep clean.
Apart from this I can't fault it.
