This oven temperature probe is ideal for monitoring ambient air temperatures in ovens, grills and high temperature environments. Using the clip, simply attach the probe to an oven rack or shelf.
Supplied with a 1.2 metre stainless steel braided PTFE lead (133-645), and a 1.2 metre stainless steel braided fibreglass lead (133-640). Probe dimensions ø3.5 x 50mm
