Oven Penetration Probe for EcoTemp®

It's very good and was very well packaged.

Good quality, worked exactly as I needed.

Now I have one I wished I known about them years ago, all those ruined joints I made even with a meat thermometer. This is so much easier, sitting outside the oven without having to open and close the oven door to check the meat.
Customer service were excellent too, very helpful and replied to my query almost immediately, even put a meat temperature guide on for me. Thankyou very much for your help.
