This stainless steel penetration probe is versatile and strong and incorporates a heavy duty, ribbed, polypropylene handle with a white end cap. Ideal for many temperature measurement applications including liquids, semi-solids and granular materials. Response time less than two seconds. Maximum probe temperature 125 °C.
The Precision USB Thermometer Probe provides a reliable and economical method of measuring temperature utilising a computer or PDA (Host). Each probe is calibrated to provide excellent accuracy and stability.
The USB Thermometer Probe measures temperature over the range of -40 to 125 °C (-40 to 85 °C for the USB stick air probe) with an 0.1 °C resolution and an accuracy of ±0.5 °C.
A precision NTC thermistor is combined with a 16-bit analogue to digital converter and a simple USB communication interface to capture real-time temperature data.
Each USB probe incorporates a unique serial number, allowing several probes to monitor temperature at the same time via a direct USB connection or a USB hub. The USB Lite thermometer software converts your PC or PDA (Host) into a thermometer, chart recorder or data-logger.
No external power source or batteries are required - all the power (30 mA max @ 5 volt) is taken from the USB port. The compact design is ideal for a wide range of applications including computer/server room monitoring, warehouse monitoring and display cabinet monitoring.
