Meet the team!

Since COVID-19 restrictions have been enforced, it’s become difficult to carry out the usual inductions for new employees which included a tour of each site and general introductions.  As part of our staff newsletters and for the benefit of new employees, we thought it might be nice to introduce a department each month together with a brief overview of the role of each employee.  This month we will focus on the Marketing Department who are based on the first floor of Unit S:


Luisa Coates (Marketing Manager) I oversee the running of the marketing department for both our commercial (ETI) and consumer (Thermapen) customers.  As well as utilising traditional marketing methods such as print advertising to mailing catalogues/leaflets, we work with food influencers and chefs to produce content to share on our blog and social media channels as well as organising events for influencers such as a supper club with Billy & Jack the MasterChef finalists. This year we set up an affiliates programme that influencers can use to promote our products and make money from any linked sales.


Nicky Dumbleton (Exhibitions & Events Coordinator) I am responsible for organising all of our exhibitions and corporate events (commercial and consumer) and also oversee our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) commitments.  Part of my role also involves entering ETI for various business awards including the Queen’s Award for Enterprise and working on various other tasks linked with Peter and Jason.


Danielle Williams (Graphic Designer) I am responsible for developing the design work of catalogues, leaflets, operating instructions, packaging, labels and advertising.


Holly Doherty (Digital Marketing Assistant) I look after ETI and Thermapen’s social media platforms, blogs and email marketing. Stuart Fraser (Freelance Graphic Designer) Creative behind new ideas for the future of ETI’s brand, working closely with Luisa’s team to come up with new directions for the look and feel of all marketing material. Designer for anything under the ETI brand – brochures, packaging, adverts, banners, labels – anything ETI!


Barry Smith(Website Developer) I am responsible for ongoing maintenance, development and improvements to ETI's two web sites - & alongside keeping ETI's dedicated web server safe, secure and up to date. Continually evaluating ways to improve customer site experience and ease of use.
