ETI was once again at 'Hospitality 2011' at the Birmingham NEC for the UK's largest event for hospitality, catering and leisure industries.
Our display stand showcased new products for 2011 such as the ThermaLite 1 & 2, Delivery Temperature Recorder, Therma 20 and the soon to be released RF Data Loggers received a lot of attention and positive comments from exhibition visitors.
The 'Live Theatre' was a popular attraction from start to finish, featuring a unique series of chef competitions which included 'Sustainable Fish Dish', 'Alaska Seafood Challenge' and New Zealand Lamb Challenge.
We managed to spot teams in these events using ETI products. A Thermamite 1 thermometer was used by a chef in the 'Sustainable Fish Dish' challenge. A 2000 series thermometer was in use in the kitchen of the English National Culinary Team in the 'Salon Culinaire' competition.
